At Aah Fruits and Vegetables, we understand that buying fresh produce online should be worry-free.
While we take every step to deliver the right products in the best condition, we also know that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
- To request cancellation, simply contact us through WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details.
- If your cancellation is accepted, the payment will be released back to you without unnecessary delay.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- The fruits/vegetables delivered are damaged or spoiled.
- Your order was not delivered.
Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind once the order has been packed or delivered, since our products are perishable.
3. Refund Process
- Once your request is verified, the refund will be initiated right away.
- The credit will be made to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take a few working days to reflect in your account.
