- We deal only in fresh fruits and vegetables.

3. Orders & Confirmation
- Orders must be placed through our website.
- You will receive an order confirmation and invoice via WhatsApp once the payment is successful.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order using Razorpay or other accepted methods shown at checkout.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
5. Delivery Policy
- We aim to deliver all orders promptly after confirmation and payment.
- Fresh produce is packed at the earliest possible time to ensure quality.
- Delivery timelines are usually within a short window, depending on your area and operational capacity.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/packing, and we process such requests without delay.
- As we deal with fresh produce, refunds are considered only in specific cases such as:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged or spoiled products
- Non-receipt of delivery
- Approved refunds are initiated immediately after validation and credited back to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.
- Any concerns regarding cancellations or refunds must be reported to our support team as soon as possible after delivery.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to provide a valid mobile number (verified by OTP) for communication and delivery purposes.
- You must check the order at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.
- You must not misuse our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
8. Communication & Notifications
By using our services, you agree to receive communications related to your order via WhatsApp.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
